So here's my half of an art trade with . It's his character, May. I don't know that much about her, but I might know enough to paint you a very vague picture of this rather deep character.
First of all, May was discovered, as a child, in the deepest snow of the arctic. She was raised by a tribe of monks, who come from all over the world, but all wound up in the temples of the ancient ice. There are not many of them, but they raise May as one of their own, calling her the "Flower of the ice Monks" saying that she brings beauty to the otherwise cold and dull tundra. Many years later, May finds herself roaming, if I'm not totally incorrect, Europe or Asia. May was taught how to fight by the Ice monks, and fights with a sword encased in ice. May happens to be the daughter of Satan, or rather, a personification of Satan that now walks the Earth, slowly rotting it to it's very core. If I'm correct, May hates her father.
I'm sorry, but that's really all I know, or at least can remember at this point. I may as well come out and say it I hate how this turned out. I like the lineart but I think I did horrible on the colors.
Anyhoo character belongs to Drawn by the lovely and handsome
Nice! I absolutely love that pattern on her pants. I like the color of the pants, it's just that I don't think it fits with the picture. That expression definitely fits her, though. Love how the jacket turned out. That background is obnoxious! You and your Bible quotes.
The description was pretty good. Though you can't really say she hates her father 'cause she doesn't know who he is.
Damn it, I knew she either hated him or didn't know him. Glad you like it, and yes, that is an obnoxious background. It's actually a song from Elijah, Behold, God the Lord. I have no idea why I went with that. Thanks again.
